Audio lag and FPS drop

Playing on Xbox One, since the new Season I have had awful audio and fps stutter when loading in new areas or dialogue starts on a character, NPC or player.

For example, using the Dynamite and spawn of waves of enemies render the game unplayable for a solid 10 seconds, the audio still replaying like a broken record with the music also stuttering.

Even when my Witch says her line for "I cant do this yet", causes the game to stutter for a couple seconds.

Definetely must have something to do with the Engine Update I saw in the Patch Notes.

Totally killing the game for me the longer it goes on. Id hate to start mapping with this bug still active.
