MTX Glitch/Bug: Water Elemental Character Effect

The Water Elemental Character Effect seems to be splaying lines towards the edge of the screen on my characters. It occurs once every few seconds and seems to appear for all classes/character models.

Still happening as of today...am I the only one who this is happening to?

You can see an example in the pic below: two strands/lines popping out in random directions, disappearing within a second.

On a Windows 11 + AMD Ryzen7 6800H btw.
