Fire trap no throw distance ps5

I built a fire trap ele at start of crucible and noticed the throw distance for fire trap was at my feet.
. Having played other traps this was frustrating as all hell. I figured it was a bug and left poe as the week long game play had reached its limit. Preparing for 322 I loaded my ele to see if it's fixed.. nope. Anyone else have this on ps5?

It makes fire trap unplayable on ps5... what a weird thing to have continued for so long

Working fine for me on ps5, maybe it's some support gem, gear, or skillpoint which make it do so?. I would try in hideout without suppoort gems first, eventually take off gear pieces to check if any make trouble?

Late reply but your fire trap has "use alt behavior" turned on.

Press R3 like you do when your assigning skills and hover over fire trap, there should be a toggle to turn of alt behavior
