Dragon's Currency Hoard Stash

I want to buy this as I like the concept, but the textures look terrible. First thing I noticed. How hard would it be to make it look like an actual pile of enviable coin and treasure? A unique and more detailed dragon would be great, too, but I'd settle for better treasure texture.
