installing error on Mac OS

I was trying to install the game on Mac
but while installing it, my computer was rebooted and I guess it was because of lack of storage. after the rebooting I tried to install it again but it say it got unknown problem and it doesn't start what can I do to solve this problem?
I also tried removing the cache file of this game but it didn't help

New player here. I have the same issue. Curious if this was solved.
