PS5 - Not able to go back and pick up hideouts I missed

I was cleaning up some last minute stuff at the end of the league and noticed I missed two hideouts (Stately and Baleful) so I went back to pick them up. I found the first one in Ruined Square act V, cleared it but Helena didn't spawn. I did receive the "Hideout unlocked" message on the top right-hand corner of the screen, but when I go back to my hideout and speak with Helena, it's still greyed out. I have tried deleting Helena from my hideout and repeating the process and still no luck.
