Monster stuck in Crucible alter becoming invincible.

Play on map for my delirium orb and the monster spawned in the alter causing them to become invincible and not able to take damage losing me currency from the delirium orb and I'm furious about it... I would like something for wasting my time and currency that I lost from the delirium orb....

This has become pretty much the usual occurence, i think it happens more often than not.
