My friend, it's not lag or anything like that, the problem is the 'Create Voodoo Dool' mod that has on rare monsters and you had the huge misfortune of the Voodoo Dool being on top of the Explosions. This Voodoo Dool draws all damage and is reflected back to you once the Voodoo Dool is destroyed by mods.
