How to do red maps on HC?

Hello! Before post sorry for my English.

I'm playing poe near 7 years, but i'm very bad at all.
I play HC only, and never kill Shaper or his guards. Never open whole atlas.
Just i'm scared of red maps and don't know how to do that.

Here's my current char and i don't know can it open red maps.
I just wanna bit lvl 100 first time due legion farming, for that i need bit more atlas points.

Can you help me to fix my char? For HC
