Eye-friendly / darkmode Cosmetic for Storm Burst

Hey there,

I, or rather my eyes, would love to have eye-friendly skill mtx for Storm Burst.
I love Storm Burst, but i just cant play it a lot because my eyes can't deal with the heavy brightness of its standard skin (especcially at night).

Therefore i suggest either a less bright MTX for Storm Burst.
