Loot Filter not showing up

Hello,

Casual ps5-player here. I want to use the "wreckerofdays" loot filter on ps5. After following it in the account settings it does not show up in the list when i start the game. All default NS filters are there to choose, but not the one from wreckerofdays. From what i have read, it should load automatically after following.

What i did already:

- waited a whole day, for potential server issues
- Deleted/reinstalled the game on ps5
- Followed/unfollowed the desired loot filter
- copied the lootfilter for a private one (in the account screen the green mark is there, so it should be compatible)

Is there anything else i am missing? Maybe there is a problem with the different versions on console/pc?

I’m having the same issue, Xbox though, this used to be working last year or so, I stopped playing for a while and recently restarted, then encountered this issue, would be nice someone can help! Also tried to even reinstall the game.

Delete game, reinstall game. Everything important is saved on their end.

Took me about 20 minutes to reinstall and it fixed my filter issue. It's a bit annoying but should resolve the problem.
