Totem shield, possibly best on server as of now

My brother just crafted this from nothing. I'd burned 250 alts on this shield trying to get strength and totems, he gets it in 10, then regals and ex slams into a collection of top tier mods. Free suffix for whatever res is needed> Hell of an upgrade for my Brutus' Lead Sprinkler build
