Purchases made through Epic can occasionally not show up immediately. Could you try reopen the shop again on the Epic client and check if you have any unredeemed entitlements? Can you make DirectX12 the default for Epic Game Store version of your game? GFN rigs cannot handle DX11 anymore, and I am not sure if I want to continue manually switching to the working option for 10 more years for no real reason. Thank you for your support!
