Old Necro Summon Spec build questions.

So I haven't played since they announced that the next league they would be releasing would no longer have Prophecy's going forward. I played the league till the end and didn't come back.

One of my favorite build where the Necro Spec Summoner builds, spec banks etc. I haven't seen ANY updated guides for these builds at all and I am wondering if they are still viable in today's game?

Hi, and welcome back.

Spectres are (mostly) used as buff bots now.
While it is possible to do a "spectre as main dps build", they are not in a good place, and other minions are better for dps.

Spectres had several rounds of nerfs, leaving them as mediocre dps.

That being said, you can make spectres work for dps, if you look at this forum, you will find some builds.

But....
Poison SRS is so much better its silly.
