Snowy polymorphing wand

Hey there,
the polymorph skill is not working. In town the polymorph animation plays but other players arent morphed. In hideout its not working at all, neither the animation is played, nor is the skill used.
Maybe its clashing with some other MTX i use? i have the MTX on my mainhand, i know i have to use a wand to be able to use it, thats why i have a wand in my wepaonswap. But when i swap it still wont work.

update: seem to only work when the targeted player is walking, not when standing still, at least in my Hideout, still not working in town though
