[Ps5] Bad / blurry textures

What time this happened: constant
Gateway / Location: Amsterdam eu
Whether you are crashing to the console dashboard or disconnecting back to the login screen: no
Whether you are using a cabled connection or Wifi: wifi
What model console you are using: ps5

Is this how those example textures are supposed to look like? Or is something wrong with my console/ settings? They always look like that on any character.
