Summon Raging Spirit Incorrect Amount Summoned

I am playing on the steam deck and when I use summon raging spirit, the text on the skill that indicates the number of minions that is out says 30 when the maximum amount should be 20.

It can be 30+ with a perfect Ashes of the Stars, Divergent 20% qual SRS Gem, + Awakened Enhance & a Replica Midnight's Bargain*.
