I'm in my 40`s so looking for similar age groups.. I work 10-14 hours a day as a Heavy Equipment Op 6 days a week.. So I don't have a whole lot of time to play, So mostly I play from 7pm-10pm Eastern US Time, Monday - Friday then Saturday I work tell about 3pm and I'm on the rest of that day and all day Sunday..
