[3.18 HC] Quill rain Herald of Agony Jugg (w/ POB & Link to the old write up)

It has been a number of seasons since I gave this build any love, but sometimes old things are given new life in unexpected ways. With the coming of spell suppression, the improvements to armour, and the proliferation of arch-nemesis, I thought I'd take another look at an old favorite build and see if I could breathe some life into it.

While you really can't stand still forever anymore, as long as you pay attention to the arch-nemesis mortars, ground effects, and lightning goblins and move out of their way, it is -mostly- possible to enjoy that old facetank playstyle. The stats look a lot different--much more armour, 100% suppression, much less raw life--but the build concept is essentially the same--maintain virulence through Quill rain barrage and maintain life the same way through a combination of LGOH and thief's torment. We get a solidly tanky build that tops out at a little over 1M Sirus dps with reasonable investment.
