Why GGG don't communicate with console community.

After pach 3.18.1c. I have huge problem with loadsreen and game optimisation (delv, simulacrum 5 ways) I tried to share it it with support, I tried to go to forum and leave messages, I made 2 new posts at forum. And you know what I get answer from ggg support, if you think that they said to me how they wanna fix the new patch you are wrong
Here is the messages from ggg support [Removed by Support] Also the read forum, but why they Don communicate with us, why they just Dond saying "hey ppl we working on it sry, we knew about trouble, but we just released the pach on Xbox".
