russian localisation bug: english names are shown when alt is pressed on

steps to repeat:
- enable russian localisation (probably any other localisation then english?)
- press and hold alt button
- hover to any item on the ground

expectation: russian name, russian description of the item
reality: ENGLISH name, but RUSSIAN description of the item

if you try to hover without pressed alt button, everything is fine and localized

so this is intended i see. but why?

its so you can use the proper english name to search it up and get more information/interact with the primarily english playerbase easier.
