Need help with veiled items

Hi, i want to get Fire Damage And Chance To Ignite recipe, so someone can tell me what is easiest way to get this? i want to put this on my sceptre

Unveil a bunch of weapons. You'll get it eventually. Can also just buy a stack from trade if you don't want to run Betrayal.

Unveiled this 2x now, but it still does not show up on bench, is this normal?

" Yes, it was part of the changes that rolled out with this league+expansion. The recipes you used to get by unveiling items are now available in maps, the same as other recipes. You can check your crafting bench to see where to find the recipe. |

It's from "Fire damage rank 3". Which is from Silo map currently.

If you scroll down to the bottom of your crafting options from your bench, there is a section for Undiscovered Crafts. It will list the location of the undiscovered craft.
