External MTX weapon effects with Hollow Palm.

The new Treasure Hunter weapon effect is great fun! I was sad to say goodbye to it after my build reached Hallow Palm. With weapon effects have expanding past visual decorations to the item, perhaps the external effects should be still available for unarmed builds?

P.S. Glows/effects around the fists would also be amazing but that sounds like a whole thing.
