[Archnemesis] Need help with my build - Scion Infernal Cyclone

Guys, I am a little lost in my build and i have tried to understand the build given by POEBUILDS.Net but the dps and life is no where near if i compare with his POB and mine.

Can anyone help me understand where I went wrong?
