Delve chest currency drops visually overlap (#824,124,130)

A few weeks ago early during 3.18, I was delving, and found a Vaal City. Entering it, I opened one of the chests that yield currency, only for the names of all the drops to visually stack on top of each other.

Pressing Z to hide drops and then again to re-show them did not move them to "normal" spread positions; however, returning to the mining camp and then going back down there did.

All of these currency drops were capable of being picked up, but this bug has recurred a few times since the first time.

Bug Report #: 824,124,130. Could be useful if this is an issue with chest placement.

Reproduction: This showed up fairly commonly, though there does not appear to be any tying factor here.
