What do i do i tried reinstalling and other versions im still stuck in the spinning gears loading screen

I literally just reinstalled the game after taking some time off, and I'm getting the same spinning wheels and not loading in. I'm verifying game files as I type.
*Deleted the cache at %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile has fixed issue for me Last edited by American_Maniac on Feb 14, 2022, 12:23:01 PM

Sorry for my ignorance but how do I delete the cache in that Path of exile folder? I only see filters, release, and screenshots subfolders.
