Moving in Slow Motion in Heist

I'm moving in slow motion but only when I enter the Heist area. As soon as I enter Adiyah's portal my game immediately lags, however, when I exit the portal my game is fine and it doesn't run in slow motion. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know a fix for this?
