~SOLVED~ HELP with Support Gem Interactions + TRIAD Gloves

So I got myself Triad gloves which convert physical damage of all minions to elemental damage according to the colour of sockets. I have 4 blues hence all damage is converted to lightning. I'm using conductivity curse to reduce lightning resistance of tougher mobs. Its working fine for now but I have no idea how these gloves work with support gems like multistrike, melee physical damage, brutality, etc.

Do these support gems increase the physical damage and then triad converts it to lightning or is it the other way around?

I haven't been able to find theorycrafting/ mechanics about these gloves or the support gems so any help is much appreciated.
