With the advance of technology, a fog of war is needed in 1 vs 1 at least.
Ultra wide screen-screen stretching let you see player spawn from your own spawn location in most tiny maps.
It is a huge advantage to players having high budget and undermine pvp being played by the others. For my part I stopped playing any pvp since those screen became available and since full screen aoe ROA type skills did not get fixed for pvp. It is but only fair since screen stretching is not considered a problem even with poe Royal that GGG introduce a fog of war. Give it a "nearby" definition where everything away from "nearby" is covered in darkness. "nearby in this case do not need to be melee range it just need to stop those ultra-wide screen to have such huge advantage. Those players are like playing with a maphack compared to normal screen users. Until this is done pvp in 1 vs 1 is a dead fish in my opinion. Forum pvp Last bumped on Jan 28, 2022, 10:48:46 AM

Resolution locking is easy to do, GGG.
What is the value of my own life when it is taken from others so easily? Last edited by Noble_Seiken on Dec 11, 2021, 7:11:52 AM

looks like GGG thinks that is fair that some pvp players can see 100% of sarn arena and all arena in 1vs1 while the average pvp player just can see 25% of sarn arena/1vs1
