Elder Stuck outside of Arena - Uber Elder

During Uber Elder I died in the last phase, when I came back the Elder was outside of the arena. I killed shaper and I could not damage the Elder. He Was only casting his large slam attack with the two circles. Logging and re-entering the fight did not fix the issue.
