Blight not appearing on map

I thought I was going crazy or something, but I've ran around this map for like five times now and haven't found Cassia although the area is supposed to contain a blight encounter.

I ran the map with a Gilded Sulphite Scarab and vaal fragment.

There is a bit of wall on the left below the boss room, I wonder if she would be there but unreachable?

Oh yeah, Blight was activated from the map device if that makes any difference.
