Heist doors not letting you go through after opening

Pretty much what the tittle says. It was a simple door to go out of the heist (regular one) an it behaved like the door wasn't unlocked. The button to ask Karst to open the door disapeared. Had to log out in order to get free. Didn't lose anything too valuable, but it's still annoying that it still happens.
