Cheap Summoner Starter Build: asking for advices to improve

Where to start ....
I have 2 favourite items, that i would want to utilize:
- Mark of the Red Covenant
I usualy use it during leveling only. Its main drawback of reducing the numbers of raging spirits is negotiable, when you dont enough minion/spell duration, cast speed and not enough links for spell echo/unleash. In my case, i am replacing the spell echo with summon phantasm support in comparision to the normal srs-necro.
- Femurs of the Saint
I like the look of it and imho staffs are the most stylish weapons for a necromancer. Not to mention, that it befits my usual play style the most. (The more summons, the merrier!)

Only required item during leveling is the circlet. If you want a real smooth leveling maybe get a 5-linked-staff and an essence of fear as addition. (Staffs are not that much wanted and as exchanges from 'The Flora's Gift' they show up preatty early on the market during a season.)
To keep item requirements at even lower costs during leveling, I usually pick 'Commander of Darkness'first from the Necromancer Ascencion. Along with Purity of Elements as (first) aura you can basicly do the main story with any picked up items. But going with 4-links only, would do ok aswell. (Orbs of Binding seem to be way more common or new. I dont remember having seen (m)any of them before this season.)

My actual character is https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/Squirebalo/characters/DelaMortis .
Among the reasons for going for a cheap starter build at the begin of a season is to be able to start some 'currency farming' to maybe found a more expensive build laters. For such a case, my char already has done fine but I am wondering on how to continue/improve it maybe further?

Cornervalues of my char: 3.7k life, 2.2k es, 75 elemental resist, 20 chaos res, immunity to all elemental ailments, in theory 75% block with all skeletons out. This is with active Purity of Elements and Discipline.

The obviously to-do-list:
- eternal labyrinth: I had no luck with finding a trial within a map. I just recently realized that I simply could buy an offering for the goddes from anotherplayer.
- upgrading items to ones with higher base items
- upgrading gems in quality
- getting a better staff (Sounds somewhat silly but with 62 increased minion damage my staff is on the lowest end and getting one with 80% and 5-linking it is not that expensive. Especially when I have a 5-linking from garden crafting on hold.)

I would like to squeeze in a third aura, probably Pride, since I dont have any kind of debuff yet while my minions rely on physical damage.

I am also wondering which golem type and what aura would befit me most?
(For golem I am picking Carrion Golem becourse it fits the look best. I dont like it too flashy and that golem goes really fine along with the Ebony Raised Spectres Skin.)

Problems with my build:
- 7 active skills ... i usually forget one, when I would need it
- lack of skill points: theres so much more that I would like to skill. I need reduced mana costs for skills (to fit in a 3'rd aura), some more sockets for gems and I dont see any posibility for me to utilize any cluster jewel.
- as already mentioned no way to debuff an enemy, so i guess that the higher endgame is out of my ways

Edit: Already forget stuff ...
- What to anoint? I am probably going for Ravenous Horde once I find a decent amulet.
- My picked skill gems seem to be pretty old-fashioned. Maybe there are better choices? Both 6-links are somewhat planned for Empower. If i should ever find 1 or 2 of them and beeing motivated enough to level them.
