Portals in hideout map device always "use" the top ones first

The bottom-most portals in my hideout always stay open even if I enter the map through them. The portals "used" always start from the top ones. I know someone wrote they fixed it by rotating the map device but that doesn't work for me, regardless of how much I rotate the map device, the used portals are always at the top and the unused ones at the bottom.

This was not so before 3.16. I know it might sound like a non-issue, but actually the bottom portals are obscuring whatever is between the portal "ring" and the map device, which is where I put my stash and vendor, so I always use the bottom-most portal first to clear the view. Not game breaking but something to fix if possible. Thank you.
