This happened to me 10 times in 4 days The first time I lost the portal while fighting Warlord, I thought: "this is just a small game bug and thought it will be fixed in the next update but it keeps happening and makes me very angry. It happened. occurs every time I'm fighting and I died the 3rd time. In all 10 times, I lose the boss when I have 3 portals left to fight.

I hope GGG can solve it for me and pay for some legitimate damage.
