Ravaged Blight Map Portals could not be opened by map device
 At at first I put in Sacrifice Fragments and it did not open Tried putting the map without fragments Logged out and in Changed instances Changed hideouts Tried Guild hideout Removed prophecies Tried putting an normal map (normal map opened portals) but Ravaged Blight map still would not work Unsummoned minions My friend's map device would not open the map either Nothing would work Perhaps it's with the combination of annoints and vaaling the map? I have the same problem :( , cant open the normal blighted terrace map on tier 14 and tier 15 (corrputed)

Also having the same issue with another glennach cairns corrupted blighted map, mine is silo.
