Blight Map Bug

I just bought a t14 Blight map and I can't get it to activate. Everytime I try to open the portals to the map it just says "Activation failed. Unable to open portals to area." I tried doing another map, switching the position of the map in the device and relogging, but nothing seems to help.

Edit: Now got another Blight map which doesn't work.

Edit #2: Was able to open the first two maps after the patch, my next blight map ran into the same problems. Since the second map was corrupted and unidentified too, I'm starting to believe it has something to do with that.

Edit #3: Finally managed to get the map started after switching it around in the map device for a day or so, no idea why.

Same bug just now.
Ravaged Blight Terrace Map.

I opened several other blight map before and after this one. But i still cannot open this map.

Error: "Activation failed. Unable to open portals to area"

Blighted Terrace maps in particular are bugged. Several threads about it. Hold onto those for now.
