Long timer looking for an english speaking guild with active voice chat

Hi.
Currently looking for a guild that's not big but simply has good activity.
I've been in several guilds with 100+ or 200+ people and they turned out to be a total chaos, and the main purpose of the guild isn't to even have a bunch of people to play with each other, but rather to just have as many people and be considered a "big guild".
I'm just searching for a place with people who are voice chat active, with whom I can share my build ideas, get some insight, joke around, farm with, lvl with, exchange maps with and so on.

I'm 26yo, living in UK, I like music, anime, fantasy and dark humour.
Been playing since tempest league and left Expedition on the 3rd day due to the decisions made to the balance of the game, now I'm coming back after the first part of the manifesto alone.
