Radiant Character Effect ugly box

The visual of the "Radiant Character Effect" produces a rather jarring box in dark areas.
Not pictured is that the box rotates and gets replaced every second or so.   "If they actually showed gameplay with it zoomed out and then zoomed it in for the real one I think there would be actual riots in the street. I think that people would burn the building down."
