INTRO
I don't normally think what I'm doing is all that different from others but I wanted to share my super cheap SO spectres that I was forced to design due to being poor af. No items cost me more than 50c, many are 1c. I did zero crafting. The build has 5 spectres, handles T16 maps alch+vaal and lv83 heists. Of course heists make good profit so this build can fund itself into the stratosphere. 6k life and idk how much dps, it's confusing to calculate, but it's enough for most things.

WHAT TO BUY (WHAT I PAID)

20c 6 link Queen's Decree
2c Misunderstood Queen prophecy to reroll minion life/dmg if low
6c Kaom's Heart
5c Grip of the Council
1c Bones of Ullr with 15% movement speed
50c Amulet with +1 to level of all intelligence skill gems
5c Ring with frostbite on hit
3c Ring/Belt/Helm with life/resists
30c Raise Spectre lv21 gem
1c Anatomical Knowledge jewel
5c Jewel with minion taunt and blind (8%/6% is max)
50c Unending Hunger jewel (optional)
20c Small cluster jewel with enduring composure (optional)

NEED CHEAPER?
Skip the Amulet and Raise Spectre lv21 gem until later, 25% dps diff.

These are difficult colors, I bench crafted 2 blue and got lucky with the 3rd. Harvest socket coloring is easier.

Generosity - Hatred - Skitterbots - Bonechill
Optionally use Devouring Diadem and swap Bonechill for Haste for 3% more dps

B-B-B-R Gloves
Hydrosphere - Flame Dash , Flesh Offering - Cast When Dmg Taken
Optionally BBBB and self cast Flesh Offering and Convocation. Lately I havn't been bothering with Convocation because I like braindead playstyles but ymmv.

B-B-B-G Boots
Carrion Golem - Zombies - Meatshield - Culling Strike

PASSIVE SKILL TREE
Don't take Sovereignty unless needed for mana reservation.
Sacrifice and Spiritual Command didn't seem worth it.
With more points, Juggernaut, Barbarism, and Anointed Flesh would help defensively.
Unfortunately there's not much more offense on the tree without expensive cluster jewels.

SPECTRE CHOICES
I played around with crabbies (Primal Crushclaw), they have higher boss dmg, tanky, better AI. Just swap the green gems for Hypothermia and Cold Pen. Red for multistrike.

FLASKS
Ailment Immunity (freeze, shock, ignite, curse, poison) having auto-use on each ailment would be great but I havn't bothered yet. I like to run Phasing, Onslaught, Quicksilver, Life, and one defensive like 1500 evasion.
