Cyclone Soulwrest Phantasm - love the build but could use some eyes on my setup

Returning player here. Played tons in the past but took a long break. Not sure how I fell into this build but overall I have really been enjoying it.
Cyclone Soulwrest phantasm summoner.

I have come into a small pile of Ex and am looking for suggestions on where I can improve this. My game knowledge is limited on my own and have had to rely on forums and others builds to get this far. So much has changed over the past 2 years it felt like I had to relearn most of the advanced game again.

The biggest one out front - not killed any of the end game stuff yet as I have really limited game playing time. Still just finishing up T10 maps (also took me forever to figure out how this Maven stuff worked)
