Hey, anyone have a good winter brand build ? I don't see one for 3.15 sadly

having tried that at league start and have to say its not at a good state for now,you can use any vortex tree and change it to wintertide brand tree with a thread of hope at northwest region and use a medium jewel with holy conquest on it.
You can get almost the same lv of dmg as a vortex/creeping frost build with better clear and ranged playstyle but a lot less EHP. |
