i aready kill boss with maven witness, after finish there nothing drop and i did not get witness.

Then not a bug. Next time, stay dead and in the zone for the death animation/loot drops to happen. This is by design. Same thing happens with ANY boss that has death animation, such as Shaper, Elder etc.
