Before starting with this thing I made I need to say something at the start:

From what I have seen this should be the price of the uniques:

-storm secret: 5c each -storm's gift: 5c -6l Inpulsa: 3ex -Lightning Doryany's invitation: 1c then there are the flasks: -The wise oak: 1c -bottled faith: 17ex -Atziri's promise: 1c As for the price of the rares. I have no idea honestly, but to try saying a price here's some random prediction:

-Large cluster: a few exalted, I'd guess from 2 to 5 ex but idk
-medium cluster: didn't seem expensive, should be between 7 and 20 chaos -small cluster: between 50 and 100c I think -sceptre: I am guessing something like 20ex but it might be higher the other things are just high res high hp items (and obv movement speed on boots) so I guess they are craftable? anyways for the boots, I didn't find something with the redeemer mod I have on PoB but excluding that and the enchantment, I think between 20 and 30 chaos. For the amulet, I didn't find something with increased lightning damage but if you exclude that it was between 30c and 2ex I think Now, after all of this, if someone really bothered to read everything, thank you and sorry for wasting your time with a useless build. This is a good first effort, don't be ashamed of it, if you keep iterating on this you'll learn a lot. You could probably figure prices just by hitting up the trade site and searching for your items, then taking the closest ones and plugging them back into your pob. Then you just have to actually play the build, experiment a lot, do all kinds of content, and then write it down lol. I hope you do so! I know you can.
