[3.15] Forbidden Rite Self Cast Occultist - Life build

Hi all,

This is my first original build that seems to be viable in this super nerfed league. I have seen some videos on similar builds including FastAF, but I personally think that this build takes all the advantages provided when self-casting FR.

Characteristics:

1. high dps - deleting A9 Sirus, skipping patterns:https://youtu.be/QJHOLxN-XxI

2. 1 button build - cwdt setup - perfect to those lazy bums like myself

3. Recommended to those who can play with some balls to press q on till the mob/boss is eliminated.

4. NOT starter/cost friendly

Highlights:

1. ~11m dps per 1 projectile; 54.6m dps per all projectiles vs. shaper
a. the build does not use GMP or Greater Volley, meaning that I can land all of my projectiles (5 x 2 in my case due to awk spell echo) on to single target - proven by A9 sirus cut video.

2. eHP summary:
a. phys - 14,350
b. lightening/cold - 116,853
c. Fire - 145,554
d. Chaos - 73,802
*weakness on physical projectile dmg, mitigated by enfeeble and temporal chain curse. Recommended to use Rumi's flask to increase attack block rate. (with Rumi, I get higher ehp vs. phys up to 21k)

3. Life leech/on hit rate (1 projectile) = 1387.8
*enough to cover spell echo FR. (currently costing approx 980 life points per 1 q button press = 2 FRs)

4. 1 button to trigger 4 curses, 1 additional skill of your taste, withering step, golem; nothing else to press other than flasks.

I played this build last league and just hopped on standard after the update. Suddenly I'm having mana issues again. Were there any significant nerfs I should have known about?

You shouldn't have any mana issues with your setup. I had a similar setup with 1 x -mana cost ring, replica conq efficiency, some reduced mana cost jewels and boot enchant and was fine. The only recommendation I can make is to lock suffixes on your despair ring, use a veiled chaos orb, craft mana (to block) and unveil life / mana regen. Then craft back -mana cost. You can also path to Quick Recovery and take the attribute nodes to connect to the cluster node up top, instead of the cast speed nodes at the start and skip Annihalation.
