Syndicate Hideout portal following character

I have opened the syndicate hideout from inside a desert map, i was inside the fortification event when it happened. The portals started to follow me instead of staying around Jun. I've managed to stop the portals by tping back to hideout and then back to map, but then the safehouse was empty.
