Can someone tell me what im doing wrong? trying to follow build but have MUCH lower dps in POB than this guy did.

Hi,

The build you're following seems too optimistic in the Configuration tab. -Uncheck "Ngamahu is active"
-change "warcry calculation" from max to average.

Just that brings total DPS from 2.4M to 900k, much closer to yours.

Then original build considers 100% uptime on Vaal ancestral Warchief and Phase Run; if you uncheck both, dps come to 600k, and 500k with a 3.15 Lion's Roar (PoB displays a legacy one), which is more or less your own DPS.

So actually you're pretty much similar to what you're following, you just compare "real" PoB to dreamlike, unreallistic PoB.

Your build probably can be upgraded somehow, but you won't find any help in the second PoB, sorry.
