3.15 Nebuloch Jugg All content, League starter viable, Hardcore viable!

Welcome to my Nebuloch build that I have been playing since delve was introduced to Path of Exile. Due to its ability to tank most all the content and deal a decent amount of damage as well as being a great league starter and being 100% safe as a hardcore starter I decided to bring this build back to life for the community to enjoy!

Playstyle
Tanky and medium to slow pace

Cost
The range to make this build starts at 30c-10 exalted max in league. For standard the range to make this build starts at 25ex-mirrors depending on your budget and how far you truly want to become invincible.

Pro's
+6k-10k life
+Tanky
+Massive regen (5-6k)
+Fortify
+90% physical damage reduction
+76% all resistances
+75% chaos resistance
+10 endurance charges (11 for standard)
+Stuns

Con's
-Cannot run phys reflect maps
-Cannot run no life regen maps
-Decent damage
-Medium to slow pace gameplay

Hey,

This is the first build using Nebulochs in a long time around here ! As a Nebuloch-addicted I must support you :)

For now I feel your post is somehow brief. Maybe you plan on adding stuff to your guide, but as such, it is unclear why you chose most of your gear/skills, except playing around Nebulochs.

Several questions come to mind:

- Why going Impale instead of phys-to-fire conversion ? Impale is quite strong indeed, but then you lose the 70+ extra phys as fire from both Nebulochs.

- Why Jugg over, say, Chieftain ? Why Boneshatter ?

- Is your double-influenced helmet still worth it now that Fortify increases have been nerfed ? Are there other, cheaper options ?

Any of the choices you made can make sense - but you should explain why.

As for your tree, there are quite many ways to correct it. First thing that comes to mind is picking Inexorable - maybe the best node in the entire tree for an Endu charge stacking, armour build. Similarly, you absolutely should use Endu charge with melee stun support, as it's BiS now for any endu-stacking melee build.

I'm waiting for you to pump up your build and this post !

Now I'm interested in your take on such a build. As I've been playing Str stacking Boneshatter and finding myself squishy with no reasonable way to upgrade my gear (minimum cost of a single piece at this point would be 7ex for a base, while I have roughly 7ex total if I liquidated literally everything I have...), I've been looking into other options, like respeccing into a Nebulochs setup.

Not sure I'm the one to ask, as my current build feels terrible damage-wise. I tried a Consecrated Path Totems Chieftain with the new Earthbreaker support, expecting the skill's fire conversion would match with Nebulochs (that part works fine); just as any Nebuloch build, dps is low but acceptable, as you compensate with immense survivability. My actual issue is totems: now I reach late tier red maps with Awakener level 6+, the totems get smashed by any influenced rare pack. I did not invest much in totem resilience, but if I do, then I lose even more dps. It took me several minutes to kill A6 Drox, Veritania's storm destroys totems in a split second, same with Baran... Not tried Sirus yet, but I doubt I can kill him in less than an hour (good news is he can't kill me either unless I walk into deatomization storms).

Anyway, I'm thinking about respecing as well, still going for Nebuloch ofc, either dual-wield as Consecrated Path/Tectoslam chief (self-used this time) / boneshatter Jugg, or with a shield running Shield Crush/SST.

(Off-topic, but if you don't mind, I'd be interested to see your current character's PoB !)

Interesting approach. So as not to derail the topic further, I'll PM you my POB.
