cheapest build to get to level 90?

What's the cheaper builds I can use to get to level 90? I'm going to be using this character purely for cosmetics display at character size 100% so I won't actually be fighting with it once I reach level 90 and finish reskilling for maximum jewel socket numbers. Please recommend build that are easy to level and get items for.
