Visual flickering in The Ravaged Square Act 10

There's some flickering happening in Act 10 The Ravaged square. It looks like a pattern is being overlaid and then removed very quickly. I have included a clip of this happening. I simply entered the zone and stood still for a few seconds which caused it to happen.
